Pride is ...the one vice which no man in the world is free, which everyone in the world loathes when he sees it in someone else; and which hardly any people ever imagine they are guilty of themselves.
Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity.
Aging with joy...jauncing through life, like it's the first time, a great discovery, sharing experiences about my life as an elderly woman. There is joy in aging indeed, there is wisdom earned. The wisdom to believe, to cook brazenly and to eat wisely.
