There is diner that I go to, near my place, that has the signs like below.. it looks tacky to me.. I'd rather see things in a positive way.. For me, it is a so condescending to have all the rules listed and yet they are not that efficient too.
Not really sure what the benchmark is, the more rules the more successful it seems?
